T3005 is an intelligent dry laser particle size analyzer with two operating modes: manual and fully automatic. By adopting a well-designed structure and a new generation of dispersed devices, the dispersion effect is more than twice that of similar instruments. The MIE scattering principle is used as the theoretical basis, and the concentrated light Fourier transform optical path is combined with a highly stable He Ne laser and a highly sensitive ring photodetector to ensure the repeatability and accuracy of the test results. This product uses air as the dispersing medium, utilizes the principle of turbulent dispersion, and is equipped with a high-precision feeding device and a patented powder jet pump. It has an oil-free and silent air source to ensure that the sample is fully dispersed. Suitable for any dry powder material, especially those that undergo chemical reactions with water and shape changes in liquids, with the same accuracy and repeatability as wet methods.
Diversified testing report
The test results not only display particle size distribution and cumulative curves, typical particle size values such as D10, D50, D90, D [4,3], D [3,2], but also can output any characteristic particle size between D0 and D100, cumulative percentage greater or less than a certain particle size, cumulative percentage within a certain particle size range, and other results through custom analysis. Users can design the output results and display forms in the test report according to industry requirements and concerns.
